Original Painting
Katie is often commissioned to produce superb copies of oil paintings by past masters. Her rigorous classical training and meticulous attention to detail enable her to capture the feel as well as the imagery of the original. She only works from life – standing in front of the painting.
Clients commission a copy of their masterpiece for a variety of reasons: to put in a second home abroad, to display while the original remains in secure storage, or to remember a beloved and valuable painting which has had to be sold.
